This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at www.baumygroup.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.
Baumy Group is a Louisiana-based company that operates a family of advertising and technology businesses. Our business lines include TOWR indoor digital screens placed in grocery stores and other high-traffic retail locations across multiple states; outdoor digital billboards and bus advertising in St. Bernard Parish; BaumTech ATM placement, management, and servicing, including ATM installation and outsourcing, cash-to-card (Reverse ATM) kiosks, ATM branding, digital signage, and related financial equipment services for banks, credit unions, airports, hospitality venues, and retail locations; and SignalUp WiFi-to-cellular wireless solutions.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and through your communications with us. It does not cover the transaction-level data processed at ATMs, kiosks, or digital screens we operate for our clients, which is governed by separate agreements and the privacy notices of the relevant financial institutions or partners.
Information you provide to us. We collect information you voluntarily submit, such as when you fill out a contact or quote request form, subscribe to communications, or contact us by email or phone. This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, job title, and the contents of any message or request you send us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties such as analytics providers, advertising partners, and business contacts, and combine it with information we already hold.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Please do not submit such information through our forms.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
